River Heights Shopping Mall — Exterior Upgrade

Project/Design Architect while employed with Alton Tangedal Architect Ltd. (ATAL) - Regina

This was a challenging complete exterior facade upgrade that has revitalized the catchment area and blended wonderfully with the local community.

All new windows, EIFS facade with brick accents to match the neighboring condominium.

The new complete upgrade helped blend the look but yet maintain the older flavor of this west Regina Lakeview area.
