New Facility for Emsco Ltd.

JMA Architecture Ltd. along with design-build contractor, Ledcor Construction Ltd. of Regina, completed this 42,000 sf heavy equipment full-service/parts facility complete with 5,800 sf of 2nd level Office space in the RM of Sherwood, in Sherwood Industrial Park just north of Regina.

The new facility includes a 1,800 sf main level Office, Sales and Service, 28,000 sf of Shop Area and 8,000 sf of Parts/Storage.

This facility benefits from (12) heavy equipment service bays with independent 10 ton cranes per bay and 2 full service wash bays.
