Office Renovations

JMA Architecture Ltd. completed a 14,000 sf (2) level interior renovation of the existing offices within the 110,000 sf dealership facility located in the RM of Sherwood, just north of Regina.

The existing facility had not been renovated since the 1970’s; JMA re-branded the look of the Facility for Finning with all new offices, support spaces and finishes for both the Main and 2nd levels. The project providing all new Reception and Parts Counters creating a new point of contact experience for the facility, and a new Parts Entry vestibule was also constructed.

A new vestibule was created within the previous main entrance space, and the intrusive 1970’s main to 2nd level window separation wall was removed to create a new open lobby access to the new main level reception area. The 2nd level window wall was upgraded and replaced with a rolling fire shutter to allow for new views/glazing from 2nd level to exterior. A new access to exit was creating through the existing north office for direct exit to the exterior.
